bluum and gloom

After sending a message to bluum.com's customer service, I finally received a response regarding my unreceived January box on 1/27/2012:
Hi MaryBeth,
Thanks for your inquiry. You have suspended your account before the shipping list was created for the January box. We will have to ship you one separately. You will receive tracking details once the package goes out. If I can help with anything else, don't hesitate to contact me.

Can we talk, for a moment, about how she can't even get her own company's website right?

Anyway, the tracking details she mentioned? Never received, and I got my box yesterday.

The outcome? Bleak.
